Arrival Time
Please arrive in plenty of time before your time slot.  Registration and waiver check will take approximately 15 minutes.  Late arrivals will not be allowed extra time on the range.

Waivers
All participants must complete a waiver.  If you do not sign a waiver, you will not be allowed to participate.

For children under 18 years of age, a waiver must be signed on their behalf by their legal parent or guardian.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions indicates acceptance of the waiver terms and conditions which can be found here.

Making a Purchase or Booking
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any goods or services that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Acceptance of Purchase or Booking
After the order has been placed, an email will be automatically generated and sent to you. This is to indicate that Archery Legends have received your order. Archery Legends reserve the right not to fulfill any orders received. This is to protect Archery Legends in the case of mistakes (such as inadvertently under-pricing goods), or they are no longer able to supply a particular product or service for some reason, suspected fraud or other similar reasons.

Age Verification
If you look under 25 and are not accompanied by a supervising adult you may be asked to provide proof of age.  If you are unable to provide proof of age you will not be allowed to shoot.

Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel individual bookings up to 7 days before your start date for a full refund.

You can cancel birthday parties up to 14 days before your start date for a full refund.

You can cancel of venue hire, corporate events and bespoke packages up to 30 days before your start date for a full refund.

Archery Legends remains entitled to cancel your booking at any time and for any reason.  If Archery Legends decides to cancel your booking, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be given.

If an activity has been commenced and is interrupted for reasons beyond the control of Archery Legends, you shall not be entitled to a refund, but will be offered, at the sole discretion of Archery Legends, an alternate date or time slot.

In all cases and for all reasons, refunds will not exceed the maximum value of the original transaction.  Any refunds shall be processed within 30 days and applied to the original transaction method.

Supervision
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.  Please see individual activities for details of the supervision ratio.

Note that members off staff are not there to supervise children.  Staff attendance during an activity does not contribute towards the supervision ratio stated for each activity.

If the supervision ratios are not met, the child will not be able to shoot.

Supervising adults must assist their children during the activities.

Delays and Overruns
While Archery Legends endeavour to maintain an accurate schedule, sometimes delays and overruns may occur.  If your activity should start later than advertised, or overrun, you shall not be entitled to a refund.

If there are substantial and unexpected delays, you shall not be entitled to a refund, but will be offered, at the sole discretion of Archery Legends, an alternate date or time slot.

Safety
All participants must follow the ‘Rules of the Range’ and follow instructions given by members of staff.

Supervising adults must ensure that all children under their care will follow the same rules and obey instructions given by members of staff.

Archery Legends reserve the right to refuse entry for those considered to be under the adverse influence of alcohol or drugs.

Any persons deemed to be behaving inappropriately or in an unsafe manner shall be removed from the activity without a refund.

Jewellery and Long Hair
All facial jewellery and loose necklaces must be removed beforehand.  Any other jewelry as deemed a potential risk by the instructor must also be removed.

Nipple piercings ​should be removed or securely taped to avoid potential snagging of the bowstring.

Long hair should be tied back.

Liabilities
Archery Legends does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal possessions, property and/or to persons arising from the participation in the activities.  

Parking is provided at vehicle owner’s risk.

Complaints
While we hope you will never find reason to complain, we do understand that sometimes things go wrong. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service please tell us about it. Put your complaint in writing and email us directly. Please see our ‘Contact Us’ page for addresses.

Privacy Statement
In accordance with UK legislation Archery Legends will not rent or redistribute your personal details to any third party. Archery Legends will collect the following information about you which is used to process your order, contact you with regards to orders placed and for internal business use.

• Your name
• Address details
• Contact details (including email address, telephone number)
• Items ordered

Archery Legends do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. For example, your details will be used to process payments, your address and contact details will be passed to courier companies in order to deliver a parcel.  

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies.
